Operator: [name, tax ID, address]. Contact for requests: [email].

What is collected: the name and contact you leave in a request; your description of the task if you write one; the conversation with the assistant; technical data — an anonymised visitor identifier, page language and referrer.

Raw IP addresses are not stored: an irreversible hash is used for abuse protection.

Why: to get back to you, to prepare for the review call, and to improve the assistant.

The legal basis is your consent. You can withdraw it by writing to the operator.

Where it is stored: on a server in the Russian Federation. No transfer to third parties beyond the services that run the site.

How long: assistant conversations for 180 days, requests for 3 years, after which they are anonymised.

Your rights: request what is stored, correct it or ask for deletion. Response within 30 days.
